RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Order delayed

The times displayed are for information purposes only, and represent the average shipping times for goods from our warehouse to mainland France.

Please note that we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives at its destination on time.

2. Orders not received

Shady Desk will not process a refund or reshipment if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered.

Notes:

The local distributor will make 1-3 delivery attempts depending on the actual situation. If the package remains unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for 3-7 days storage. During this time, you must collect the package yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Shady Desk takes no responsibility in the event of loss of products.

3. Damaged products

Shady Desk offers full refund or replacement if arrived packages are seriously damaged.

Shady Desk offers partial refund or replacement if arrived packages are partially damaged.

Only the Shady Desk after-sales service team is able to judge the seriousness of the damage suffered by the package.

Notes:

For lightly damaged packaging boxes, Shady Desk cannot offer refunds or other after-sales services due to international long distance delivery.

4. Incorrect or missing products

Shady Desk has a strict quality control process before shipping products. Shady Desk will handle incorrect or missing products as follows:

b. For products with incorrect color, incorrect size that does not affect product function, etc., Shady Desk offers partial refund or reshipment if you provide a screenshot including name, content and date .

vs. For missing parts that do not affect the function of the product, Shady Desk may partially refund or reship the missing part; For missing parts that affect product function, Shady Desk will only reship the product.

5. Order cancellation

For order cancellations, Shady Desk offers a full refund in the event that the products have not been processed by the warehouses.

If the order has been shipped from the warehouse, it is impossible for you to cancel it.

Once the return and refund period has expired (14 days after the date of receipt of the package), we are unable to provide a refund, even partial of the product.

Force majeure

Shady Desk assumes no liability for any damaged product or delivery delay caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow , customs inspection.

However, Shady Desk will notify you via email or SMS message.

Unacceptable disputes

Shady Desk shall not accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

e. The delivery address provided is incorrect.

f. Tracking information has been deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

g. In some cases, packages are returned/destroyed/detained due to the recipient's failure to follow customs clearance procedures in accordance with certain countries' foreign trade policies.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return at your expense.

Contact us before any return request so that we can agree on a possible alternative solution to this long and costly process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items paid for with one or more gift cards.

14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
